What’s Covered

  • Hardware defects in materials or workmanship
  • Component failures under normal use
  • Products that are non-functioning on arrival
  • Firmware-related issues that prevent core functionality

What’s Not Covered

  • Physical damage (drops, water, impact)
  • Damage from improper use or installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality
  • Products purchased from unauthorised resellers

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a warranty-covered issue, get in touch with us:
