What’s Covered
- Hardware defects in materials or workmanship
- Component failures under normal use
- Products that are non-functioning on arrival
- Firmware-related issues that prevent core functionality
What’s Not Covered
- Physical damage (drops, water, impact)
- Damage from improper use or installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality
- Products purchased from unauthorised resellers
How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product has a warranty-covered issue, get in touch with us:

- 2Provide your order number and a description of the issue (photos or videos are helpful)
- 3We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you
Important Notes
- Warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Warranty covers the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
- Replacement products carry the remainder of the original warranty period
