Privacy notice
AirSmart is operated by PFE Technologies Pte Ltd (UEN 197800448W). This notice explains the personal data we handle when you browse the site, contact us, create an account or place an order.
What we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing addresses, order details, account information, messages to our support team, and technical information such as IP address, device and browser data. Essential cookies keep your cart and session working.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics remains off unless you accept optional analytics on this site. If accepted, it helps us understand page use, product views, cart and checkout progress, completed orders, and compatibility-help clicks. Campaign details such as UTM parameters may be attached to the cart so we can understand which marketing led to an order. You can reopen “Analytics choices” and continue without analytics at any time.
How we use it
We use personal data to operate the store, process and deliver orders, take payment, provide compatibility and support help, prevent fraud, meet accounting and legal duties, improve the site, and communicate about a transaction. We do not sell personal data.
Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by our payment provider; AirSmart does not store your complete card number. We also use service providers for commerce hosting, delivery, transactional email, security and site operations. They receive only the information needed to perform their service and may process data outside Singapore under their contractual safeguards.
Retention and security
We retain records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including tax, accounting, warranty, dispute and fraud-prevention requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some records still have to be kept where the law or an ongoing transaction requires them.
