Terms of sale and site use
AirSmart is operated by PFE Technologies Pte Ltd (UEN 197800448W), 9 Gul Street 4, Singapore 629238. These terms apply to orders placed on AirSmart.sg and your use of this site.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm the order for fulfilment. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order if stock is unavailable, payment cannot be confirmed, the delivery address is outside our service area, or a material pricing or product-data error is discovered.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Singapore dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, discounts and the final total are shown before payment. Payment must be authorised through the methods offered at checkout.
Compatibility
Infrared aircon controllers require a compatible air conditioner and remote-control format. Sensors and filters may work only with specific host products. Check the product page and dependencies before ordering. We offer a remote-photo check to reduce uncertainty, but compatibility can also depend on the condition and configuration of your existing equipment.

Delivery dates are estimates. Please provide a complete, accessible Singapore address and contact details. See our delivery information for current charges and timing.
Returns and warranty
Returns are subject to our returns policy. Product faults are handled under the applicable warranty terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under Singapore law.
Product information and site use
We aim to keep descriptions, images, prices and stock accurate. Screen colours, packaging and app interfaces may change. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or copy site content in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PFE Technologies is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from site use, delivery delay, third-party apps or services, or incompatible existing equipment. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
