Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must meet all of the following conditions:
- In original, unopened packaging
- All accessories and documentation included
- Not used, installed, or damaged
- Proof of purchase provided (order number or receipt)
Return Process

- 2Confirm eligibility — We’ll verify your return meets the conditions above and confirm the next steps.
- 3Ship back or drop off — Send the product back to us or drop it off at 9 Gul Street 4, Singapore 629238.
- 4Refund processed — Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days via your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. In those cases, we’ll arrange a free return.
Defective Products
Defective products are covered under our 1-year warranty. If your product has a hardware defect, contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
