The Room Sensor does not work by itself and is not compatible with Sensibo Sky. Buy it only for an existing Sensibo Air or Air Pro setup.
What PIR means.
Its motion sensor detects movement, not continuous presence. Someone sitting still may stop registering as occupied, so treat it as a useful automation signal rather than a precise people counter.
Where to place it.
Put the sensor near the part of the room whose comfort matters, away from direct sun, strong drafts and other heat sources.
