Mysa is a strong fit when people in the room still want to see and adjust the temperature without opening an app. It also provides schedules, geofencing, alerts, energy insights, and onboard temperature and humidity sensing.
Compatibility comes first.
Mysa controls supported mini-split, window and portable air conditioners by infrared. The original remote must show the complete operating state, including mode, temperature and fan settings. Wired remotes and simple button-only remotes are not compatible. Send AirSmart a clear remote photo if you are unsure.
Smart-home support.
This Mysa model works with Apple HomeKit, Google Home and Amazon Alexa over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. It does not support Matter.

Place the controller where it has a clear path to the aircon. It can sit on the included stand or mount to the wall and needs continuous USB power.
